Where do we make suggestions? - Guild Wars Forums

I looked all over the official guild wars site and I couldn't find any way that I could make my suggestions. Does anyone know how we can come in contact and have our suggestions heard by ANet?
Is there like a special forum that developers read or answer to suggestions?

Also is there a site/forum where we can see what the developers are thinking of doing for the game in the future?

btw.... Does anyone know why the storage system is so "inefficient"?
Does anyone know why they have not implemented an auction/selling system, and if they are going to, in the future...?

On a fansite...like this. Post in the suggestions board (Sardelac Sanitarium).

We only know what they tell us. Chapter 4 is being worked on, that we know.

Storage is limited so you buy a mule for storage?

They've stated that some sort of trading/auction/merchant system is being worked on but that's about it.
